Seminar Internasional “Pedagogik Praktis dalam Perspektif Pendidikan Global”

PENDAHULUAN
Pembangunan bangsa dan negara di era globalisasi memunculkan berbagai kebutuhan, tuntutan, tantangan dan permasalahan yang akhirnya bermuara pada perlunya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM). Peningkatan kualitas ini menuntut peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, baik pada tahapan anak usia dini, anak-anak, remaja maupun dewasa. Adapun upaya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan antara lain mempersyaratkan peningkatan kualitas tenaga pendidik dengan dukungan ilmu pendidikan yang relevan dan terus dikembangkan.
Berkenaan dengan tuntutan dan kebutuhan pengadaan dan peningkatan tenaga guru yang professional, maka diberlakukan Undang-Undang Nomor 14 tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen serta Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 19 Tahun 2005 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan yang menjelaskan bahwa kedudukan, fungsi dan peran guru menjadi sangat penting bagi tenaga pendidik. Untuk merealisasikan pendidikan yang bermutu dituntut guru-guru yang profesional yang menguasai ilmu dan praktik pendidikan serta secara sadar dan berkinerja sesuai dengan standar nasional pendidikan.
Dalam upaya mewujudkan amanat Undang-Undang dan Peraturan Pemerintah tersebut maka kegiatan seminar ini diadakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan pendidik serta dihasilkan temuan-temuan penting dalam upaya menyempurnakan pelaksanaan pendidikan di Indonesia.
TUJUAN
1. Membangun persepsi tentang pedagogik teoritis dan pedagogik praktis dalam perspektif pendidikan global
2. Membangun sinergi dan kemitraan secara nasional dan internasional
3. Dihasilkan bahan rujukan sebagai rekomendasi perbaikan pelaksanaan pendidikan di Indonesia
PEMAKALAH
Kami menerima makalah untuk disajikan dan diterbitkan dalam Proceeding Standar Nasional (ISBN/ISSN). Makalah tersebut harus sesuai dengan topik berikut ini: Pedagogik Teoritis, Pendidikan Umum (filsafat pendidikan, pendidikan nilai, pendidikan karakter, pendidikan agama, dan sosiologi pendidikan), Pedagogik Praktis (Pedagogik Bahasa, Pedagogik PKn, Pedagogik Matematika, Pedagogik IPS, Pedagogik IPA, Pedagogik PAUD, Pedagogik Kurikulum, Pedagogik BK dan Asessment Pedagogik).
Makalah dikirim melalui e-mail: pgsdpedagogik@yahoo.com. Jumlah hal. 8-10, font: Times New Roman 12. Paling lambat tanggal 30 April 2010 dengan mencantumkan judul, nama jelas, lembaga, dan nomor kontak serta membayar biaya tambahan Rp. 50.000.
